A Little History Behind Our Company

Harrimack LLC was founded in 2014 by Lawrence M. Magdovitz, II to provide property management services to the collection of companies founded and operated by Lawrence M. Magdovitz.

Harrimack has grown very quickly over the last several years providing better services to both its customers and customers’ tenants. We leverage new technology both in the property management field and in the facility maintenance field. Harrimack’s goal is to maximize its clients’ returns while adroitly maintaining the properties.

Good service makes good buildings, which leads to good operations, which lead to good returns. Our team participates in various continuing education each year to improve and grow their property management and support skills.
